Led by Board Chairman James Zhang and Vice Chairman Richard Selby, Sincerity Applied Materials Holdings Corp ("SINC"), a prominent player in the applied materials and chemicals industry, recently held a conference call discussing its operating strategies and its recent acquisition of USA-based AgroShield LLC.

Highlights of the call:

Chairman James Zhang welcomed the investor public to the call and reviewed the history of the company, which was incorporated in Australia in 2010. Over the past 14 years, the company has consistently driven innovation and efficiency while setting new standards in material science and material modification. Key milestones include:

• 2010-2017: Operated as a private company focusing on building and packaging material innovation in Australia.

• 2017: Listed on the OTC market via Reserve Merger.

• 2023: Expanded into material innovation in water treatment technology and invented Quantum Glass for nano-level water treatment and filtration.

• 2024: Acquired an operating and distribution center in Adelaide, Australia, and the US company AgroShield, establishing a significant US presence.

Before passing the baton to Vice Chairman Richard Selby, Mr. Zhang explained the details behind its Quantum Glass breakthrough product. This product is designed for advanced water treatment and filtration, and it also dovetails nicely with AgroShield’s growing aquaculture business.  Key points about Sincerity’s proprietary Quantum Glass include:

• Material Composition: Quantum Glass is made from carefully selected borate-silicate glass, which undergoes a controlled heat process to enter a state called phase separation. During this process, silica-rich and borate-rich phases separate, and form interconnected channels.

• Processing: The glass then goes through an acid wash, leaving behind a silica skeleton with well-controlled pore sizes ranging from 2nm to 250nm.

• Surface Area: Quantum Glass boasts an impressive surface area of around 200 m²/g, meaning that one teaspoon of Quantum Glass has the surface area of a football field.

• Antibacterial Properties: Utilizing Sincerity's silver/copper infusion technology, Quantum Glass is antibacterial and inhibits algae/bacterial growth.

• Market Demand: There is a committed buying order from an Australian client for about 6000 MT annually, translating to approximately $5 million in revenue. The US market is at least 10X bigger.

Mr. Selby explained to the audience how this quantum glass technology is perfect for AgroShield’s recent patent filing. Selby stated that this will be a “gamechanger for cleaning up nitrates, phosphates, ensuing algal blooms, and even attacking red tide in oceans with a modified ocean-ready Quantum Glass.”  He also stated that Sincerity would become a bigger company after the merger and that Sincerity’s Asian-Pacific roots would help AgroShield to make better buying decisions in its lower margin agricultural business unit.

Selby continued, “AgroShield will become the sales and marketing arm for all lines of Sincerity products in North America and will soon incorporate pool and spa market vertical into its aquatic business. Sincerity brings the science and technology piece that has been missing for AgroShield since its 2015 inception.”
